i have strep throat and i'm on amoxicillin, i took tylenol (acetaminophen) to reduce my fever, melatonin to help me sleep and claritin because allergies. will i die?

No, not today: On this earth, we are all born, live a short while (in geological time), and die. That said, people in the U.S. don't die from strep throat... unless one is the unluckiest woman in the county and gets some sort of expanding abscess in the back of the throat. Typical doses of Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Amoxicillin, melatonin, and Claritin don't kill people either. So, that means today is not the day to go.
