How much water?: It depends on your activity. For somebody of your weight (68 kg) your maintenance fluids are about 2.48 L/day. That is assuming that you have normal kidneys, lungs, heart, etc. if you run a lot and exercise profusely and perspire you would be able to take in more. Don't worry your body will take care of itself as long as you take care of it!

ERROR: 2.3L is an enormous amount of water unless you are sweating profusely. Do you have a problem with kidney stones? Are you exercising vigorously? Are you in a very hot place? You fail to indicate why you think you should consume so much. It is not easy, but water intoxication may occur from overdose, the amount required depending on severable variables.

I kno some: Vasomotor causes as a reaction to stress embarasment. Sun can cause them in some on certain drugs. Also some have a disease called pyphoria. )not sure of the sp). Some mild, some cases are serious.
