i missed my period took 4 test all came back +. i have been bleeding bright red with clots for 4 days. is this a mc or can i still be prego?

Miscarriage: My concern would be that this is a miscarriage of an early pregnancy. To get a better idea, see a gynecologist, have them draw a pregnancy hormone level, and repeat that two days later. Pregnancy hormone levels double every two days. If that happen, you will still be fine, if not, this would confirm a non-viable pregnancy.
