last period 4/20. light bleeding/cramping. no clots/chunks/strings. ultrasound shows empty uterus. hcg 3600. too soon to see or did i miscarry?

Repeat hcg: if repeated hcg is higher- get an ultrasound. if lower, probably miscarried.
