i've heard birth control pill reclipsen can be taken within 2-3 hours of the normal time daily and still be as effective. is this true?

Yes: With a combination oral contraceptive like Reclipsen it doesn't matter that much what time you take the pill. It helps to have a routine and try to be consistent so that you don't forget to take the pill. If the time you take the pill varies from day today it will still be effective. Hope this helps.
