This morning took my blood sugar on a meter. and it saids 100mg/dl is this a normal reading.i didnt eat anything. haven't been diagnosed with diabetes?

Upper limit of norma: 100 is the upper limit of normal for fasting blood glucose (sugar), we usually recommend repeating a fasting sugar in some time from now and make sure it is not higher. 101 to 127 is pre diabetes and more than 127 is diabetes. There are other ways to see if you have diabetes, like calculating your average blood sugar through a test called a1c. Recommend weight loss if your BMI is higher than 25.
