H/A metallic taste: Could be sinusitis with post nasal drip, or reflux-causing sinusitis, , thyroid disease , diabetes, can also be migraine aura . Taste abnormalities could be exposure to lead or mercury( depending on where you work) , pregnancy ( check HCG), zinc supplements, medications even OTC allergy meds and nicotine, very rarely tumors. f/u/ w/ doc
