Still as effective: As long as a woman takes her daily combination birth control pill (such as Reclipsen) within 2-3 hours of the usual time that she takes her pill each day, she will not notice any difference in the effectiveness of the pills. Pregnancy is possible, but rarely happens, if pills are taken correctly this way.
