Insomnia, Restoril (temazepam): You deserve good sleep. It is ok to take Restoril (temazepam) 15 mg at night time. If you have been taking Restoril (temazepam) for more than 3 weeks, after some time, Tolerance will develop and Restoril (temazepam) 15 mg will not be effective. Your Insomnia is most likely due to stress in your life. Seeing a Psychiatrist for Therapy and Medication will be beneficial.

Lowered function: While sexual potential can carry through into quite older age, the erectile capacity and ejacualate volume decrease with age. Some lose desire which is entirely psychological. Note the many products on the market for this and the destruction of endangered animals for this (rhino horns, bear gall bladder stones, etc.).

The sleep cycle.: Erections occur as part of the sleep cycle. This is called nocturnal penile tumescence (npt) and occurs 3-5 times per night, with the last one noticed as a morning erection. The cause is not known, but there appears to be a neural and hormonal circuit which is disinhibited during sleep, specifically in the rem stage of sleep.
