painful mini squats painful popping in the back of the knee. what could be wrong. i had arthroscopic knee surgery removal of scar tissue can't straigh?

Popping: Most probably the popping is coming from the patellofemoral (PF) joint. I don't think an arthroscopy will improve that. Most of the PF sounds are asymptomatic.
