Ive read dha and ela greatly help regulate sebum production. i have been developing small sebaceous cysts, are high dosages an effective preventative?

Dont need to treat: Sebaceous, or more appropriately named, epidermoid cysts, don't usually cause enough problems to need therapy or removal, and doses of DHA or ELA will not decrease the cysts. Keeping your skin clean and free of excess oil is the best maintenance therapy
