my 3 yr old son has a mild fever, compared to yesterday's high fever. he isn't vomiting and his urine output is fine. his breath smells funny, sour ?

Mouth odor: Make sure that you are brushing your son's teeth even though he is sick. It is important to keep him hydrated and well nourished. The bad breath may be related to his illness and should improve when he does. However if it does not improve, then see a dentist and get his mouth checked.
