Food: I am sorry to hear about your concern. Food and lifestyle can be a major player in the development of gastritis. I am not sure what your doctors meant by "chemical". This word is confusing and it make us think about an artificial substance but sometimes it means just the natural acid of our stomach. Learn about what foods stimulate extra acid production.
