See doctor: Your heart rate is at the lower limit of normal yet your heart is pounding quite hard. Although I suspect that this may be from anxiety, you do need to rule out a cardiac problem just to be sure and calling your doctor would be the first step. Whether he would refer you to a cardiologist is up to him.
