With/without smell: You inhale & are exposed to mold spores every second with or without smelling them. They're ubiquitous. Your body is well equipped to fight them off. Unless you suddenly become severely immunocompromised then, no worries. You made it to 21 years, trust me you've won against BILLIONS of spores so far.
