28 years old rash near left nipple for 5 months fungal cream doesnt work. small red patch on the side of the same breast and burning pains in breast.

Need exam: Please go in to your physician for a medical examination. Sometimes breast rashes can be caused by bacterial infections, however if the lesions fail to resolve with treatment. You must have imaging to rule out breast cancer.
