Ask your urologist..: Sorry to hear that you are a victim of Fowler's syndrome, which can be further illustrated in https://www.ucl.ac.uk/ion/nationalhospital/fowlersyndrome. As to ease bladder spams, the mainstay is still anticholinergics; currently there are at least 6 kinds available; if failed, try tibial nerve stimulation or sacral nerve stimulation, with urinary diversion as the last resort. Ask your urologist...
