I'm certain all are : I am uncertain all of your symptoms are related. However sometimes abdominal problems can cause back pain. Most the time back pain is due to Musca skeletal issues, muscle, ligament, joint, etc. Uncertain about the gastritis, but it seems if these are chronic problems you may need to see a gastrologist to see if all this is tied together.
