i have lower back pain, bloating, and chronic gastritis. weight is normal. cbc is normal. no gastrin increase on test. no autoimmune disorder. ????

I'm certain all are : I am uncertain all of your symptoms are related. However sometimes abdominal problems can cause back pain. Most the time back pain is due to Musca skeletal issues, muscle, ligament, joint, etc. Uncertain about the gastritis, but it seems if these are chronic problems you may need to see a gastrologist to see if all this is tied together. Your valuation will also need to look at the problems with ttied together. Your valuation will also need to look at the problems with the back and see what the diagnosis
