Dominant determinant: of body fat is choice of foods & quantities, Not exercise (tiny role if not aggressive&frequent, http://goo.gl/XjgiP6). Carbs (ALL) most readily converted by liver to triglycerides & stored as body fat, saturated fats least. Ketosis is a process of burning body fat, necessary if goal is loss of body fat. Look at your menu: Look at your menu. Remove any processed/packaged food. Remove added fat, oils and dairy. Try to focus on eating just meat, fruit, vegetables. No juices, no flour, no diet bars or shakes. Just real whole food with nothing added. This is better than taking a poor menu and reducing portions. Also, consider adding exercise at least 30 minutes a day, every day with no food rewards for doing it!

Sadly, similar (worse) ideas have long been promoted while citizens keep getting fatter. Could some of these concepts (even though some may get by with them) be about selling certain foods while people blame themselves (while others make money from bad ideas, non-science & making money from selling less expensive to produce, higher profit margin yet still less expensive to purchase "foods"? Humm..
