No epinephrine : Often the epinephrine in the local anesthesia is the cause of arrhythmia and rapid heart rate. It is best to discuss this with your dentist so he can use local anesthesia without the epinephrine. You may want to consult with your family doctor about it as well to rule out other cardiovascular diseases.
