i have pasta on my teeth but i'm wondering why despite the teeth were sealed outside, the teeth ache after years and it leads me to have root canal?

Pasta?: I assume you mean plaque, an accumulation of bacteria and food debris, or Tarter, calcified plaque. Sealants protect the grooves on the chewing surfaces of the teteth, not the smooth surfaces. Sounds like you have a combination of inproper oral hygiene and lack of regular professional care. Please seek immediate help.
