hi. i am 60 year old with a mitral valve replacement around one year back. i had struck valve four times. for past two days i have visible pulsations?

Valve relpacement: You need to follow with your cardiologist. You might need an echo to look for valve dysfunction. Visible pulsation on the chest at the apex of heart could be normal in a thin person. If you have any accompanying symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness or chest pain, you need to see a cardiologist ASAP
