boobs sensitive to touch , clear discharge from nipple , milky vaginal discharge , hurts when i'm on my stomach and left side. possible pregnancy?

Possibly: If you're sexually active, pregnancy is always possible. A home pregnancy test is a good idea, especially if you've missed a period. If it's negative, i recommend taking another one. If both are negative, and symptoms don't improve in 4-5 days, blood labs to check FSH, LH, Estradiol, Testosterone (yes, women make this too), and Progesterone, and Prolactin may help find the reason.
