is it healthy to eat dark chocolate early in the morning (even for breakfast)?

Go for it!: Health is affected by what foods you eat and how much. When you eat anything makes no difference. In past history in Europe and the Americas (and maybe elsewhere) strong cocoa was a common breakfast drink. If you like chocolate in the morning, feel free!
