cold & flu symptoms then face & body red rash. not raised flat.don't recall a fever but did notice sweating last few nights but cool to touch.measles?

Measles: Measles causes a high fever and conjunctivitis. Chances are this may be a different virus. Be checked or send a picture of your rash. All the best.
