low vit d of 22, positive igm 23 n 41for lyme. have fatigue mild body and muscle ache is it just low vit d or lyme symptoms? no rash ever seen.

23 is lyme specific: the 23 band is specific for lyme disease. Even if the western blot is read as negative, having that band could mean you were exposed to lyme. I suggest seeking out a lyme literate physician and having that doctor interpret the results in light of your symptoms
