Had surgery on a pilondial cyst 2yrs ago. since then i've had ibs and wound leakage. it leaks a lot when i need to pass bowel mov't. leaking csf?

Pilonidal cyst: hi~ leaking CSF from a pilonidal cyst removal? Was the Surgeon a licensed First World practitioner? If this was CSF you have to go right thru the sacrum to get to the theca of the spinal canal. So if you can sit probably not. Lets hope not. Pilonidals are removed and left to close slowly with granulation tissue over 6 -8 weeks.So you probably have chronic fistula. Go back&see Surgeon to fix it tx
