Can feel same...: unfortunately. Both can have chest pain, feeling short of breath, heart racing, scared, sweaty. You should get checked out in emergency room first. They can tell you if you are having heart attack. Since you are 24, likely it is panic attack, but please get checked out first. If you know it is a panic attack, then you can get treatment for that.

Heart attack/Panic: Heart attack has squashing pain. The chest pain is continuous and usually lasts longer than 10 minutes. There can be vomiting and marked weakness.
In Panic attack ,chest pains are sharp The pain increases due to hard breathing.
The chest pain ceases after the peak of the attack in about 10 minutes.
Provide complete history to the Physician for establishing Diagnosis.
