28 suffer wi dizziness. mri shows white spots on brain.hospital highly suspicious of ms.what other possibilities could it be?

Migraines: I can't comment on the likelihood of MS without hearing your story and seeing your MRI, but certainly poeple who get migraines can have white spots on their MRI brain as well as dizziness. Hope that helps, good luck!
