Doubtful: Parkinson's is exceedingly unlikely in a 16-year-old woman like yourself! Unless there's a very strong history of it in your family starting at a young age, you need not worry about this. The symptoms--rest tremor that gets better with movement, slowed movements, stiffness, and instability while standing--sounds different from what you report. If you're still concerned, you should see your doctor.
