is it difficult to see a fracture ot the talus . i fractured my ft. ankle and tibia and fibula 3 mo ago ankle & top foot still hurt?

Foot pain: Talar fractures can occasionally be difficult to see, as can other fractures to bones in the foot/ankle. It sounds like you had a lot of fractures - the healing, along with having to change how you bear weight on that foot, may be the cause of your pain. I'd get the opinion of your orthopedic surgeon, as he/she may recommend additional imaging.
