Have goiter with 6 micronodules. us say nodules not suspicious. a-tpo 1,309 a-tg 117. tsh, ft3/4 normal. goiter size fluctuates. could this be cancer?

Not likely: Multinodular lesions/goiter are not uncommon. It would be prudent to follow your doctor's advise for continuing care to watch out for any changes. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
