I am getting numbness on the right side of my body including head, have fainted with pvcs and lost control of arms/legs could this have been a stroke?

Probably not: If you have no weakness or numbness now, only brain imaging will tell. Women your age are at much higher risk for other conditions than strokes. Unfortunately, "lost control" is far too vague to be helpful when giving a history of your problems. Also, the business about fainting and PVCs seems just thrown in there; relationship to your chief complaint is impossible to assess w/o more info.
