hi i have flu b. havent eaten to much in a few days, staying moderatly hydrated. my stomach is like fluttering and dancing and idk if its my heart or?

Influenza: It is still the 'flu' season (up until April 30th according to the CDC). There can be gastric effects of the flu - nausea and vomiting although more common in children than adults. Flu CAN affect the heart - particularly if you have underlying medical conditions and/or are an older person. With your dehydrated condition, you probably should see a doc to get all of that checked out. Check potassium
