started getting random cramping in my feet/hands a few days ago lots of muscle twitches as well. not severe, but mild cramps. what can cause this?

Electrolyte imbalanc: You should have labs drawn for potassium, magnesium and calcium. Muscle enzymes should checked as well. If your symptoms persist, a neurologist should be consulted
