Mouth discomfort: Canker sores may be present and would be noted on careful inspection of your mouth and inner surface of your lips. You may be experiencing some sensitivity to your toothpaste or a mouth wash. Occasionally deficiencies of vitamin b12 or iron is the culprit. See your MD or an oral pathologist(at a dental school) for examination and testing if symptoms persist.
