what are symptoms of uterine cancer in pregnancy? i had heavy, long periods -i was going to get ultrasound but got pregnant before i had it done.

Don't confuse: pregnancy and cancer. A simple pelvic exam and hormonal testing by your OB-GYN should solve questions you have. Never ignore heavy vaginal bleeding, pregnant or not.

Probably not: An "enlarged uterus with a 12 mm lining" is not likely to "mean early pregnancy". A blood betaHCG / pregnancy test is much more reliable and accurate.
