See a doc: Based on what you said you might have simple hemorrhoid a or gastrointestinal bleeding..like from stomach, duodenal ulcers. If you are taking Ibuprofen or aspirin, stop them. If you have lightheadedness, better see you doc or urgent care. Have them check your blood counts and test for blood in stool. For severe lightheadedness, go to emergency, be careful.

Situational symptoms: When your symptoms are so situational (distress occurs when you are in a particular place or circumstance but rarely occur other times) then stress must be entertained as a possibility (like fear of heights, ladders, flying, etc.) phobias are readily treatable, once you've ruled out medical problems that can prompt identical symptoms. See your doctor as to how to go about addressing this issue.

Have it checked out: Food will normally help buffer the acid that is in our stomach . At night we do not have anything to buffer the acid although we do not make as much acid while sleeping. Waking in the morning with nausea or discomfort may be a sign of gastritis or maybe even an ulcer. I would see your dr.There are other causes as well that should be evaluated.

Consider tumor.: Weight loss and anemia can contribute to both fatigue and dizzyness. The question is is the anemia related to the pelvic pain. Hypothetically the answer is yes. Tumors of the sigmoid colon, rectum, bladder, uterus ovaries or prostate can cause anemia and the related symptoms although high on the list are colorectal cancers. See your md for possible colonoscopy and/or ct scan of the pelvis.
