FM: FM is a difficult Dx to make. True FM is rare. Nothing works but beware of suicidal thoughts. If so GET HELP. TheRobaxin (methocarbamol) is worthless. You might try another NSAID like diclofenac or meloxicam. Robaxin (methocarbamol) is sedative and a more specific one may be of a little help. Try meditation or other psychologic therapy. It can help a lot.
