Hair falling out: You need to see a "skin" specialist. Talk to your primary doctor and ask for the referral. Also check that your thyroid levels are OK. Please let me know what develops.

Endocrinologist: B"sd perhaps an endocrinologist, if you will excuse my bias. The nature and details of your thyroid dx and rx need to be reviewed. Hair loss is very common when there is a change in thyroid function either up or down. Thankfully, the loss is a telagen effluvium, which is a reversible hair loss.
