in which way hemorrhoids or polyps can cause bleeding, like almost every 4 or five 5 days or like 2-3 times in a month?

Caused by the stool-: -rubbing on them, especially if constipated. The blood in the stool may B sporadic depending on if you R constipated on & off. A visit 2 Ur PCP will help. A good history as well as a rectal may give U the answer, or a colonoscopy may B needed. Sounds like not a lot of blood so lab work may B normal.
