Yes and no: One egg and one sperm is enough to get pregnant. The problem with using your sister's eggs is that undoubtedly you share many genes and some of them, generally estimated as 5, are lethal recessives. So there is a good chance that it won't work or the child will have some really bad problem. Better to throw the genetic dice and pray for the best! Not easy decision! Who said life is easy!
