Similar: Androgenetic hair loss related to hormones and genetics are quite different for men and for women. Also each individual will have their own variation. With men it begins as a teen and progresses for 20 years or more. Women begin later. Pregnancy, birth control, and menopause are factors. Women thin out on top but do not become completely bald.
