i have had sore throat more than 3 weeks with head aches now i have thick phlegm with blood in it no cough or stuffy nose ?

3 weeks: 3 weeks with headaches is too long as is the phlegm with blood. The quickest way to get good care is to have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. They should be very helpful but might also discuss your case with your primary doctor. All should go well - keep me posted please.
