I had esophageal dilation jan 7th & have had upper burn back/chest pain since. what could it be. i'm very thin & have osteopenia. fractured vertbrae?

Hard to say: There are multiple possibilities. It could potentially be more procedure related. It is possible that a person with osteoporosis can have a fracture from a fairly minimal event. I would not hesitate to be seen and examined, which would go a long way in determining the likely cause.
