my baby is 4th month and developed some red rash behind ear (like infection), around penis and few of them over the face. also passing green stool?

Baby rash/ stool: Has there been a change in diet , usually at 4 months one begins foods. Is the baby on formula or breast milk and if on breast milk have you changed your diet? Could be eczema. diet Fever? First and foremost check with doc that it is not strep or impetigo that needs antibiotics could also be prickly heat or fungus (could try desitin/ zinc oxide cream . F/u w/ doc today since change in stool
