the last two days i have had fever of 103, body aches, nausea, cough, dull headaches. today no symptoms except a knot has came up on the back right side of my head. any ideas?

A virus: It sounds like a viral infection that is resolving, and the lump is likely a lymph node. If you begin to worsen, or the lump doesn't go away (or continues to grow) you should seek medical attention.

103: Do not delay! Have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility as soon as possible.
