woke up yesterday with pain in my knee when walking, the pain in the hip subsided. this morning i have tingling and numbness in my hand, neck and jaw.

No connection : Although the tingling in the hand and neck may be related to spinal nerve root compression but the hip and knee pain is not related. Arthritis in the hip or knee can be a source for hip and knee pain.
