Fair/ partly cloudy: The conception forecast in your "neighborhood" of one tube and one ovary is " fair to partly cloudy". It isn't the reproductive structures that make it difficult at this time, but infrequent ovulation at your present age of 45. "Cloud seeding"(ovulation induction) might have worked 3 years ago (IUI or IVF), but most programs stop taking patients for that purpose past age 43.
