REALFoodBest, NotVit: Vitamins extremely common all foods, reason humans have not retained just a single gene/protein to make each out of whatever we eat. Vitamins sales are big business with lots of marketing & exempted from scientific evidence in us: dshea act 1994. Best eat real food, not all the abundant processed pretend food. If specific vit. Deficiency suspected, measure from within body, set goal&target replace.

Yes, in fact...: Many medications (including yours) increase our need for vitamins so it can be argued the more meds you're on the more vitamins you need. I have much more concern about interactions between these meds than them interacting with vits. Anyone on statins should take CoQ10. It is hazardous to take Omeprazole for long periods. I think you would find this article helpful. Find a supplement that is bioavailable. Be careful with first generation supplements. Often made with calcium carbonate and poorly absorbed.
